A blue-green kale with subtle red colouration. Easily grown by the “cut and come again” method, cut as needed when just 10-12cm (4-5”) tall, leaving the crowns to regrow for multiple additional harvests. Baby leaf kale has a much more tender texture and milder sweet flavour than mature kale and makes a wonderful fresh salad.
Grow in containers or finely worked soil in sun. Sow every 3 weeks for a continuous supply.
Sow 1cm (½”) deep.
Thin to 2.5cm (1″).
